Two routes

Customer account

Delete it immediately from Account settings after signing in.

Shop or team account

Submit the signed-in form to start deletion without contacting support first.

01

Delete a customer account in ClipBook

  1. Sign in to the ClipBook customer area.
  2. Open Account settings.
  3. Scroll to Delete account.
  4. Select Delete account and confirm.

This deletes the ClipBook customer sign-in identity and signs it out. If you cannot sign in, use the email route below from the address associated with the account.

02

Delete a shop, owner, or team account

While signed in, use the form below to submit a reviewed request for permanent deletion of your ClipBook user account. You do not need to compose an email or speak to support before making the request. The form does not instantly erase a shared shop.

We may need to verify the owner or administrator, protect other team members' access, deal with an active subscription, and confirm how shop-controlled customer records should be handled before deletion. We will complete a valid request without undue delay, subject to legal retention duties.

Delete my ClipBook user account

This starts deletion of your sign-in identity and associated personal data. Shop records that must be retained or transferred are handled during verification.

03

What is deleted and what may remain

Deleted or de-identified

Customer sign-in credentials and identity records are deleted. Linked shop customer profiles are marked deleted, their contact details are cleared, marketing is switched off, and identifying booking snapshots are removed.

Potentially retained

Non-identifying booking history and records needed for tax, accounting, payments, refunds, fraud prevention, security, disputes, or another legal obligation may remain for the required period. Payment providers also retain records under their own policies.

Removing a ClipBook account does not automatically erase records independently controlled by a shop. Contact that shop about its own copy. See our privacy policy for more detail.

Can't use the in-app route?

Send the request from the email linked to ClipBook. If that address is no longer available, explain that in the message; we will ask for proportionate information to verify the account without asking for a password or full payment-card details.
